«A flight to Sicily», singer and virtuoso clarinetist Gera Bertolone celebrates the musical memory of her native island. At the confluence of classical music, jazz and world music, this concert brings back to life today the sound and atmosphere of a wonderful era. It offers splendid songs and the most beautiful pieces of Sicilian composers of the early twentieth century. These dazzling and very modern works have influenced many composers as Nino Rota, Ennio Morricone… These masterpieces are at the origin of the soundtracks of the mythical films "The Godfather", "Once Upon a Time in America"... Gera Bertolone invites us to a sunny break, to a journey full of emotions!
